Instructions

Step 1
1. Heat a pot with olive oil and add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast.
Step 2
2. Bloom spices on low heat for about 2-3 mins. Add Califia Farms Oatmilk and stir until smooth.
Step 3
3. Add cheese sauce to a blender along with drained cashews, and blend until sauce is creamy.
Step 4
4. Toss over your favorite pasta with a dash of pasta water and top with breadcrumbs!
Ingredients
• 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight (at least 4 hours)
• 1 pound of your favorite pasta shape, cooked
• ½ teaspoon mustard powder
• 1 cup nutritional yeast
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 cup Califia Farms Oatmilk
• ¼ cup pasta water
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Panko breadcrumbs (optional)
