We’ll hear from Dr. Marc Watkins, Chief Medical Officer for the Kroger Co, Colleen Lindholz, President of Kroger Health, and Amelia Noel, Kroger Registered Dietitian, on building a healthy breakfast with Kellogg’s Raisin Bran.
All of our events include an exercise segment, and this one is no different. Dancing superstar Cheryl Burke, veteran of 23 seasons of Dancing with the Stars, teaches you to listen to your body and move, in an easy-to-follow, fun fitness session.
Everyone knows Yoga is good for calming you down, and being calm is good for your heart. Riva Gdanski, certified yoga and pilates instructor, leads a 20 minute reset and recovery yoga class, sponsored by Vita Coco.
Between presentations, we’ll hear tips and stats from the American Heart Association, and to wrap up the event, Jewel will lead a calming meditation, and close the day with some final thoughts and music.
