2. To the base of a blender, add Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend, hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic, lemon juice and zest and blend into a creamy sauce.
4. Drizzle a 9x13” sheet pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. “Smash” each potato using the bottom of a glass and place on sheet pan. Season with salt and remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, until golden and crispy (about 40 minutes). We turned ours halfway through to ensure equal crisp on all sides.
