In a high-speed blender, add the whipped coffee ingredients and blend on low or 5-7 minutes. Be patient the mixture will appear runny at first, but it will turn into a creamy, frothy mixture. Remove and store in a glass container.
Add the breakfast shake ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the shake into a tall glass over ice, top with 1-2 tbsp whipped coffee and coconut whipped cream!
