Thaw Daiya New York Cheezecake for 2 hours and then cut into 1-inch cubes

Melt your preferred semi-sweet chocolate chips or two bars (cut into small chunks) of your favorite dark chocolate (you can melt them using a bain-marie or in 30-second intervals in the microwave)

Once chocolate is smooth and melted, use a fork or skewer to spear one edge of the cheezecake cube
Step 4
Dip each cube in melted chocolate to cover, let the excess drip off. Place onto parchment paper. Let stand about 20 minutes or until firm
