Diabetes Myth Busters FB Live Sweepstakes Official Rules

The Sweepstakes begins at or about 9:00 am ET on 3/15/2021 and ends at 12 pm ET on 3/31/2021 (“Time Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Diabetes Myth Busters FB Live Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
TO ENTER The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://www.tickettailor.com/events/thewellnessexperiencebykroger/495436 during the Time Period and attends the FB Live event on 3/24/2021. Limit one entry per person. Any person who attempts to enter with multiple accounts or under multiple identities will be disqualified and forfeits any prize won, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
PRIZES: Up to 5 participants will receive one Glucerna branded lunch bag and one Glucerna branded tumbler with a $100 visa gift card (total estimated retail value $110). The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by 12:00pm ET on 03/31/2021. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the outcome of the drawings and all other Sweepstakes matters are final and binding. Potential winners will be notified via email. Potential winners will have 7 days to contact Sponsor by email. If a potential winner does not contact Sponsor within 7 days of notification, the potential winner will forfeit the prize, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winner is solely responsible for any taxes on prize. No cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No transfer of prize will be permitted. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. If prize is not properly claimed, it may not be awarded. If prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. If for any reason this Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, the Sponsor reserve the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes and, in the event of cancellation, randomly award the prizes from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes winner may not seek reimbursement from any third party for any Abbott product awarded.
RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release Sponsor from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake and/or from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize if selected as a winner.
